Return and Refund Policy


We take pride in providing fresh, high-quality floral arrangements.

    •    Fresh flowers and custom floral orders are non-returnable. Due to their perishable nature, all fresh flower products (including bouquets and interior arrangements) are final sale.

    •    If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

    •    Non-perishable items (such as handmade candles) may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-perishable items.

    •    Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
