Terms of Service — Flora Trio


Welcome to Flora Trio. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:


1. Products

    •    Fresh flowers are a perishable product. As a result, all sales are final unless the order arrives damaged or incorrect.

    •    Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur. We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary.


2. Orders & Payment

    •    All prices are listed in USD.

    •    Payment must be completed at checkout.

    •    We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is not authorized or if the product is unavailable.


3. Delivery & Pickup

    •    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details (address, phone number, access instructions).

    •    Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2 PM (Fort Lauderdale & Miami area).

    •    We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

    •    Free in-store pickup is available at our boutique.


4. Returns & Refunds

    •    Fresh flowers and custom floral orders are non-returnable.

    •    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with photos for a replacement or refund.

    •    Non-perishable items (e.g., candles) may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.


5. Liability

    •    Flora Trio is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.

    •    By completing a purchase, you agree that responsibility for the product passes to you once delivery is completed.


6. Privacy


Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].


7. Changes
